My excuse for going out today is that we are almost out of propane so I took the empty canister to be refilled in one of my favourite towns, Tønsberg. I also found a nice Portuguese leather handbag in the NMS charity shop. I wanted to get a chili mocha and cheesecake in the Skaperverket café but it was so busy that there was nowhere to sit so I'm in the Nøtterøy Bakery instead having a wienerbrød (Danish pastry) and mocha.

I think I have a new favourite café. As I was driving home I asked the car if there were any cafés nearby. It showed me two that weren't not far off my route. The first turned out to be a pizza restaurant that isn't open on Wednesdays. The second Kafé Njord turns out to be part of the Redningsselskapet. A bit like the RNLI.
