Went out later today to deliver yet another bag of clothes to the charity shop and also deliver the pot of Marmite that I mentioned last Thursday. It's a very autumnal day today, misty and damp but not particularly cold, about 10C.
There was so little contrast in this scene the the camera had trouble focussing

Another reason for going to the charity shop was to take a closer look at a tartan hat that I saw in the window. So today I wore my tartan skirt. Almost as soon as I entered the shop the woman running it exclaimed that she had a hat that matched my skirt perfectly! She practically ran to the window to fetch it. She led me to a mirror to try it on, fits perfectly. I handed over the bag of clothes I was donating. Then gave her the pot of Marmite, that got me a very nice hug! She complimented me on the outfit and asked what she owed me for the Marmite, I said she could pay me what it was worth to me which is absolutely nothing. Then I asked what I owed for the hat and she said she would pay for it as it was only 10 NOK. So a very satisfactory visit all round.
