🎶What a Different A Day Can Make 🎶
Well, the day started off unpromising,as I forgot to set alarm and got up late.
I made breakfast then went off to do errands.
At Lunch time we picked a certain place, because I knew I could get a baked potato, a small cup of chili, and a side salad.
Of course,they didn't have any chili made nor any side salads 😕
I got a grilled chicken wrap, kid size fries,and an unsweetened ice tea,instead.
Disappointed,but the wrap was good, anyway.
I was going to make more excuses about skipping exercises again... when I told myself, "Listen,self,there is no reason you can't exercise this afternoon,instead"
So, I listened to self,for a change,and laced up my tennis shoes and zumbaed.
Got a way to go back to healthy,but at least I haven't given up.
