The sun is shining! It's a bit windy though and there are some clouds.

Off to Alnmouth today by car, the public transport was a bit tiring yesterday. The weather forecast says no rain, partial sunshine, 10 m/s westerly all day. Mind you it will still only get up to 16 C.

I think I'll wear a fuller skirt today, see if it flies up in the breeze.

Visited the Old School Art Gallery, Alnmouth, earlier.

Had a nice slice of mocha cake and an Americano in the courtyard, originally the playground I suppose.

No indoor seating. I wonder what they do if the weather is bad?

Picked up a couple of leaflets. One is for Ouseburn Valley. Looks like it could be worth a trip tomorrow.

It's rather breezy but I don't think I've managed to get any pictures of my skirt flying up.

On the way back to my car I walked around the garden of the Franciscan Friary. They have rooms with food for 60 GBP per night.

They describe it as a donation, does that mean they don't pay tax on it?
