I am often late because I put too many things on my plate, but I am really working on it because it's important t be on time most of the time. But to be flexible at times is important too.

Lovely scenes!

I am not an expert on birds but I think the bird is a Red Kite, partly by the colour but also it distinctive feature even in silhouette being the outline of the tail: a broad wedge shape with a deeply arcuate end.

You have more patience than I do. Always being late would bother greatly
