In the Jordbærpikene café, again. No waffles this time so I'm having a baked cheesecake.
The reason for being out is to buy some token birthday presents for my sons. I forgot one, and I'll be out of the country for another so I've decided to combine them into one un-birthday on Sunday.
Got some presents and cards, next stop is the Vinmonopol to get a few bottles of booze.

@ninalanyon I don't know about the fur but I like the red gloves in the whole monochrome. There's red behind you at the window frames too..I like the picture overall. And I'm now dreaming of a cheesecake too

@ninalanyon no it's Greek but I guess we've imported it! Does that neck belong to the jumper or is it an extra thing? And a hot air balloon necklace? Ohhhhh......I love this ❤️
@being The neck is part of the jumper. It's just right for this weather. I rarely wear the hot air balloon necklace, it just doesn't seem to go with most things.
@being I haven't got many white items. Perhaps I should take a look today and see what i can find for tomorrow's outing. Should be able to find a white jumper at least. And I have a long Icelandic wool skirt somewhere.
Not sure what I'm inspired by but I don't think it's French, not consciously at least.
My intent is to be more colourful or at least more interestingly dressed than average. One inspiration is the late great Vivienne Westwood and her dictum "When in doubt, dress up!".
