It's Been A Rough Few Days [I Have a Blog]

Occasionally I have anxiety attacks. I'll be pouring sweat, my heart rate climbs to about 190, and I'm very angry. I just take my meds and it's all good after 30 minutes or so. Lately, I've been going through this non-stop. It started around Thursday evening, and it hasn't stopped. The meds aren't working. I haven't been able to run at the gym as much, as my heart rate is already too high. I feel like everything has finally caught up with me, and I can't get the help I need. All I want to do is sleep.

I'm so sorry. I hope you feel better soon. 馃 That is tough to go through. Thankfully, these things end up being temporary. They can't last forever. Don't push yourself too hard or allow people to demand from you more than you can give. Maybe watch some funny videos on YouTube and just relax when you can. Laughing helps change our brain chemistry. But I'm sure you know that. Have patience with yourself. Take good care of yourself during this time. These things happen when we have too much on our plate. It might help to take up a new hobby or one you've neglected, but love. Learn to play the guitar or paint. It doesn't have to be perfect. Or help someone. That gives us more of a blessing than even them. Take care, friend. I hope you feel better soon.
