The Scammer [I Have a Blog]

It's a bit of a stretch to call this guy a scammer. He targets children on Xbox. My son met him in a game, and they joined a party. He convinced my son to give over his email and password. He told my son that he was going to use it to give him free stuff for his game. My son is 9 years old, by the way. Just like that, my son lost his account to someone else. He flipped shit! He had the biggest meltdown I've ever seen. I have several debit and credit cards on that account, too. My son's email account was linked to mine. When I looked at my account, I started noticing some differences. The first thing I noticed was a phone number that doesn't belong to us. I recognized the area code. It was from New York. I used to talk to a friend from that area, and I still remembered the area code. I did a little extra digging and found out where he lives, and I got his name. After I felt like I had enough, I gave him a phone call. I clearly stated his two options... and my son has his account back now.

🙂👍
