Is the GRWM trend exclusively a Tik-tok inspired girl trend?

Never heard of the term until a preggo short video featuring it popped in the FB feed today.

Seems it's basically all just women 'getting ready ' for a social event like a date or wedding or similar.

Bit odd but everything about the tok and insta is odd.
