Afraid of being Rejected..

Has anyone here ever requested a friend follow from someone you know and then turned around and decided not to? Instagram, Facebook, or any social media?
Not knowing whether they would accept it or not.

@Strongtea If you're scared, don't ask. I've taken back at least 3 friend request a few days ago so they didn't even see it.
