Wrong again, JamesBugman. The US government does not own any of the Canadian oil. Canada owns all of it's natural resources. US oil companies are invested in the Canadian oil sands project, but the US government is not because the US government is teetering on the edge of bankruptcy, not financial wealth. You need to stop focusing your idle attention on those right-wing conspiracy websites that you love to hang out in.
