its hard to say because if they are right about foreign power influence then it could be a threat! that is if they are right which is in doubt.

@666Maggotz of course they are! and yeah. if you wanted data and you owned a whole country, would you not want your peoples data for your own? not only to manipulate your own people but to make sure others can't manipulate them!
