Anyone know why...

Someone can make a comment on one of my posts, or I get a notification that someone else has commented on another post, but when I go to follow up, I get a message "You are not allowed to view this profile". What's the deal?

I think their account is for a minor, and you’re isn’t. You can’t tell if they hide their age.
