I am not even a member of facebook but I have been blocked

I sometimes look at facebook as I am directed there because of an enquiry I made via Google search engine.
When I wanted to look at a business today this was the message I received.
You’re temporarily blocked .
It looks like you were misusing this feature by going too fast. You’ve been temporarily blocked from using it.

Wow, is that a thing? “Going too fast”? 😅 I look at it maybe once a month.
I can not get much information anyway, only a small portion of the first page.
Oh well, no sleep for me tonight, this has rocked me to my core. 🤣

Just a trick to get you to join. Unfortunately this will happen more frequently as the Internet gets more and more exclusive.

Already many news agencies require you to join to see their "full" content. And only give a tease in the search engine description.

They really want to spam you.

I always find what I am looking for on sites without a paywall.

@Gusman for now that works. Yet I wouldn't count on Google to provide free sites much longer.
