Bebo and MSN and Myspace...anyone remember?

I've been searching through AlternativeTo, to find new social media sites, this is how I found this site, which I must admire, does have a good member base.

I feel like I'm trying to search for something that was so popular in the past like Bebo, Msn and Myspace.

I have come across a lot of other sites in the process.

Any recommendations? I like talking in groups etc.

If you're looking for something which has that early 2000s retro feel there's a site called spacehey.com which is kind of a MySpace replica.

I mean it's been designed specifically for people who miss that site so it's a little bit tech nerdy like being able to customise your profile page using HTML but it's literally like you've just stepped back through time 15 or so years.
