Bebo and MSN and Myspace...anyone remember?

I've been searching through AlternativeTo, to find new social media sites, this is how I found this site, which I must admire, does have a good member base.

I feel like I'm trying to search for something that was so popular in the past like Bebo, Msn and Myspace.

I have come across a lot of other sites in the process.

Any recommendations? I like talking in groups etc.

If you're looking for something which has that early 2000s retro feel there's a site called spacehey.com which is kind of a MySpace replica.

I mean it's been designed specifically for people who miss that site so it's a little bit tech nerdy like being able to customise your profile page using HTML but it's literally like you've just stepped back through time 15 or so years.

there is mastodon, diapora . lemmy, all fediverse sites, which are part of mastodon,tons of stuff, but very hard to navigate, plus just search

Discord is the new place for groups. Make a username, add people, join servers for group chats.
