Changing the user name is not as nefarious as creating a new account, a sock puppet, to avoid the block and continue harassment.
I just looked at my block list, all 34 of them. I do not recognize any of the names, either they have changed or I have forgotten them.
It would be interesting if SW would tell us how many people have blocked me, just a count - no names.
