Gifting a user, just because…

I was told some of you find it weird. You’d only gift someone you’re friends with…

My thought is, who cares ? It’s fake coins.
I don’t mind gifting someone because I liked their post or because we had a small yet pleasant interaction.

Don’t be greedy over fake money. You may give brookie vibe… but maybe it’s actually a trauma response to not having real money outside lol

@TryingtoLava depends on the situation idk
@Sunrises you joined 2 weeks ago lets revisit this in 8 months
Sunrises · 26-30, F
@TryingtoLava haha whyy
sw gifts just seem weird and pointless.
Sunrises · 26-30, F
@stound it’s weird if you make it weird
@Sunrises weird from the standpoint of pay fake money earned by using a site in the general was it's basically intended to but also include a not that great image. so... like.a public dm. with a photo. but it also randomly 'costs' something based on the 'value' of image included. which when you add it all up and also account for the fact that you can use the same site to make publicly viewable comments (like this) and also include all of those same images and more, if you spend even a little time trying, as well as possibly send a dm that is only different in that its 'free', doesn't include the image, and isn't public... all seems like it adds up to kinda weird to me.

not that I'm saying you shouldn't send it or your messages are odd or anything along those lines. weird in the same way that at the end of the day a smile is still showing your teeth to someone kinda weird.
I don't care about coins. I do care about their perception though.
And I realise, that is a me problem. I want to be more expressive of my appreciation of people.

@thinkingoutloud imagine a world where people are not shy of being open, like phewwww the japanese would stop dating dolls 🙈🙈🙈
@Sunrises The potential of an open heart seems limitless. LOL @ dating dolls. I don't know how true this is but things have escalated from dating dolls. I hear human/robot marriages in some places. Don't quote me, as it is unverified by me. :P
Sunrises · 26-30, F
@thinkingoutloud haha terrifying, i don’t know how true it is either
Primnproper · 56-60, F
I’ve had a few of those and I just see it as them being very kind…
Justmeraeagain · 56-60, F
People can do what they want.
I care less.
PleasurePunch · 100+
I gifted someone I couldn't get close to and he savaged me and then I told him my own what-for and now I don't send or receive gifts.

People always use that stuff as a popularity contest anyway
JimboSaturn · 51-55, M
the coins are meaningless to me.
Sunrises · 26-30, F
@JimboSaturn it is actually meaningless in itself imo
TheLordOfHell · 41-45
Ain't nothing wrong with that. I'm sure it made their day, so great work!
Sunrises · 26-30, F
@TheLordOfHell exactly, i love to know that I made somebody smile
lumberjackslam · 41-45, M
*waits eagerly for gift to arrive* 👀
Hanginginthere · 31-35, M
they should give us better options for our coins rather than buying gifts imo
Sunrises · 26-30, F
@Hanginginthere Oh like what?
Hanginginthere · 31-35, M
@Sunrises anything better than gifts?
