Social media specially youtube videos are fake news. Do you agree?

For the most part - people post about anything just to get views.

it is a challenge, to sort fake from real.
I fact check a lot, and find sources i can trust
there are a lot of real minds on you tube but,, to Quote Mr TWain
a lie can be halfway around the world, .. befor the truth get's it's pants on

No, they are not news, fake or otherwise. Social media is social interaction, no different than chatting with someone sitting near you on the bus. Youtube videos are what they are, videos of anything and everything, but not news.

News is something you get from reliable, responsible sources. It often takes a while to figure out who/what that is. Many people pick the wrong source and don't know that it's not reliable. It's not free, you have to work for it.

All news is biased and it's been that way since ancient Rome. Look at yellow journalism as well. No matter the era or technology, the news is propaganda for one side or another

Some, sure. Isn't it all biased?
Seems so ironic and closed minded that some will totally discredit some sources or history even, yet full on believe all the conspiracy sources.
