So is there a valid reason for not messaging new people

(not sure if this is for people titled "new" or if is is for people we haven't messaged before)

sure seems like it is limiting conversations

@JohnOinger I feel like if it's a so-called new account but it's actually an established member that we have spoken with, they will probably let us know in private who their old account was, I've had people do that a couple of times
