Why can’t my friend see my account 😢

My friend Cassie and I can’t interact. She made a new account here. Every time I add her it won’t let me add her.

I can view her account but when she tries to view mine account she sees this.

But she has no one blocked.

When I comment on her posts she can’t see the comments but I can comment on them.

I sent her a gift and she unwrapped it and it looked like this. I also didn’t send it as private.

Does anyone have a clue why this is happening? I put in a ticket but I haven’t heard back and we are friends and want to interact. Has this happened to anyone else?

It's hard to tell what could be going on. The admins have added so many convoluted and hard to navigate settings and feed options it makes it really hard to ever tell what is going on with exposure and availabilty. Add to it the more uneccessarily complex and convoluted one designs a website and the more arbitrary settings that are added the much more likely there is to be glitches and bugs from it. It could be some lost and hard to find setting one of y'all have toggled, or it could just as likely be a bug from yhe admins asinine idea of having limited and currated exposure built into the site.

@MethDozer I think it’s a bug because there are other users that are having the same issues when they reply on posts from “NEW” accounts.

We can see and comment on the posts from the NEW accounts but the new accounts can’t view our profiles or comments on their own posts.
