Why can’t my friend see my account 😢

My friend Cassie and I can’t interact. She made a new account here. Every time I add her it won’t let me add her.

I can view her account but when she tries to view mine account she sees this.

But she has no one blocked.

When I comment on her posts she can’t see the comments but I can comment on them.

I sent her a gift and she unwrapped it and it looked like this. I also didn’t send it as private.

Does anyone have a clue why this is happening? I put in a ticket but I haven’t heard back and we are friends and want to interact. Has this happened to anyone else?

So you can see her, she can't see you. What happens if you send a message to her? Can she see it?

@ElwoodBlues she can’t see the message that I send to her. It doesn’t show up in her inbox or her requests.

@iamonfire696 I added her as a friend, thinking that since I'm friends with you that might "strengthen" some kind of link. But I think the admins need to get involved.

I think SW has some weird rules with new users. Like if a new user sends too many messages at once it's bad for them or something like that. I think there's some kind of protocol where x messages y, and then x should wait for y to message back. If x sends too many messages without a reply, especially if x is a new user, then x is automatically suspected of spamming or something like that.

It’s just so weird that I can see her and she can see a notification when I reply on her post but can’t actually see it. Same goes with that gift. She saw it but it went private and my pic was blurred.
