The difference between two social media site is stark.

When I post here, a lot of the time I get little to no response.
When I post the same story/anecdote on an over 50's site I get 30 -50 responses.
Maybe that is because us olds have more life experience, we have the ability to express those experiences and enjoy sharing those life experiences.

I wonder if it was the site I joined a while ago. It was great. Great mature attitudes. BUT, too conservative. I wouldn't feel comfortable posting anything even remotely sensual. So I left.
