Max, Have you tried mental health assessment? You really should. There is the possibility that you could live a happier (or at least a less pessimistic) life. Did you give the girlfriend a chance to love you or did she see you as your description of yourself above. What is there to love there? Give yourself another chance at life and find a good therapist.
