If you knew a semi popular user here physically beat their spouse do you think anyone would believe you? Would they still have friends?

The word "friend" is generally overused on this site, imo, and many people assume that if they know something it means everyone knows that too. Nope, we don't know and no matter how much they will write about "someone who does this or that" we still won't know unless they give names. Then the proof wouldn't hurt either.
