If you have 'trash' set up on your photos, it is possible they are simply in the 'trashcan' and can be restored to your camera folder. Or, does your android have a SIM card? If so, might be there. Good luck.

@LadyBronte I don't think a SIM card can store photos. Maybe CCleaner leaves the SD card alone though if you have one.

@NerdyPotato Oops. I misspoke. Meant SD card, not SIM card. My phone has one, but not many do anymore. Thanks.

@LadyBrontethey are not in recycle bin either. And I don't have sd card as well
