Excellent first half from England and deserve the lead. Mostly nullified Italy's game and look sporadically dangerous. Southgate (the man with the plan) worked to exploit the space on the left of the Italian defence.

England defenders and DCMs all look strong. Italy did come more into it in the last ten minutes and its not over.

I'll take that.

Italy haven't looked like scoring though , so I'm expecting more of the same second half.
