He's such a drama queen.

I am not even a football fan and even I am aware that is kind of his default setting at least based on his reputation.

@PicturesOfABetterTomorrow The player who replaced him in the team scored three goals and Portugal got six.. Each time he scored, the camera went to Ronaldo on the sidelines who was clapping and grimacing awkwardly. 🤣

4-1 to Portugal after an hour. Their best performance of the tournament and Ronaldo's replacement in the team (a young prospect from the Portuguese league) scores twice.
Ronaldo is pictured clapping on the touchline. Smiling to show how pleased he is for his team. What he is really thinking maybe something different. 🤣

He deserves it. He may have been a great player but he thinks the sun shines out of his ass.

Portugal didn't need his services against Switzerland

What'd he do this time?

@Burnley123 I get really tired of his attitude. Our equivalent is Tom Brady.

@Northwest Yeah, that is a good analogy.
At their peak (and each of them had a loooong peak) these guys were world-beaters and had tremendous power earned on merit by performances. They were untouchable and coaches has to adapt to their whims because they were each so valuable to their respective teams. As each of them has declined with age, neither has shrunk their ego at all, despite declining value. Ronaldo was long thought undroppable by Portugal because of his status within the country, but honestly, they have a lot of good players and IMO are a better team without him now anyway. I hope they win tonight, just to make him look bad. 🤣

@Burnley123 The TRUE greats always remember the difference between coaches and players. They don't put themselves above the team and understand the necessity for coaches to call the shots. You can't let the inmates run the asylum.

He'll be busy counting his money

@SW-User Nah, this will hurt and he will need to 'set the record straight.'
I wonder who the Portuguese Piers Morgan is?

@Burnley123 If they don't have one, I'd be happy to let them have Morgan.

@SW-User They can keep him too!
