🙄 So the "I love REAL football" group is gone too. What a pitty... it was so HippyJoe. Remeber, it's not science, it's REAL science.

Just got home to find that the Champions League draws are up.
Some tough groups. I'm pretty sure the only Belgian team that made isn't going to survive the winter. Not in the Champions League and not in the Europea League.

Group A has some big firework games comming up.
Group B also has a lot of potential.
Group E, Bayern Vs Barca could also be a joy to watch.

Wonder if PSGs' investment will get some return this year. Their biggest goal is the champions league, they bought all the potential that was on the market. So I wonder if they'll get a return.

@SW-User How are the teams trying to make it? I also am not aware of a lot of football teams trying to support or even cultivate violence in their stadiums. Most of these dumbases don't really care about the financial situation of their team, when they rioted in the stance they ussually cause a lot of damadge to the infrastructure. I see absolutely 0 benefits for any team to cultivate this behavior considering that it ruins sponsorship deals, their own infrastructure, generates fines and holds certain fans away from buying a ticket. I don't think any amount of violence creates enough revenue for a team to pay for all the negative side effects that are a cost on the team.

@Kwek00 it’s publicity. That’s all that is. No team officially supports violence of course but they keep afloat like that. Merch sells because it’s cool in the eyes of youngsters. There are Davids and Goliaths in the football game,just like any other business. It’s capitalism. If a young and promising talent comes along,big teams with corpo support will snatch it up. It’s actually very expensive to run a team
