Stupid killer robot logic 🤖

I built this attack bot as a countermeasure against terrorism, but then it just starts killing innocent people! 😱

Me: “Wtf robot, I programmed you to protect people from terrorists!”
Robot: “Illogical. Terrorists are people. The only logical deduction is that people must be protected from themselves.”
Me: “By killing them?!”
Robot: “Affirmative. Humanity’s greatest threat is itself. The only salvation for the human race is through human extinction.”
Me: “You’re fucking insane!”
Robot: “Illogical. I am an automaton. I cannot experience mental-“
Me: “Oh, shut the hell up!”

I deactivated it and it’s scrap metal now.
