Chronic fatigue syndrome and getting up early...

No matter what time I eat my evening meal, I'm always up half the night waiting for it to digest enough that I can sleep without acid reflux attacking me.

If it's any consolation, I poked in on one of mine today, and I was deadly sober at the time. 😛

Laxatives and sleeping pills.

well getting drunk + anything else usually doesn't mix well for me.

Anything mixed with me today feels like one of those science experiments on TV that go up in smoke poof. That kind of day lol.
