@Hireath My A1C started to go up into danger territory, so my doctor placed me on the "No White" diet. Popcorn is white...along with many other things.
The GREAT news is that, with diet alone, I was able to get my A1C back down to normal levels!
@MarineBob our oldest boy can't have popcorn either so we always have pudding or cheese puffs for him if we have popcorn. And it's not very often we do
