Question for other long term heavy smokers...

Like 10+ year smokers... when did you start noticing any health effects and how bad were they?

My grandfather died at 88 years I think? Started as a teenager. Mostly zero
@pride49 My grandfather lived to be 95, smoked Camels from age 12 on, and drank bourbon daily. Yet I never saw him appearing to be drunk. Funny how things once were.

@bijouxbroussard i also think about those health nuts who also die the same age as others. Congratulations, you lost as many days working out as you extended your lifespan. They should admit it's a grab for workout euphoria. Just like drinking or smoking. Idk..just an opinion
