I quit on September 30 of last year! I admit that I cheated a bit, substituting nicotine lozenges and gum, but I'm off the fucking ciggy's!!

1 month here so far and holding

well done keep going and a past smoker i can tell you it will get better. Its just the days when you have a bad day you need to be careful of as its easy to slip back and just have one to help get through
