Good for You!!

I quit on September 30 of last year! I admit that I cheated a bit, substituting nicotine lozenges and gum, but I'm off the fucking ciggy's!!

@SW-User It feels so good to be able to ride my bicycle and not get winded! Or to walk the golf course without huffing and puffing all day!
