Because, contrary to what most currently believe, while success and beauty and money may ease anxiety about whether you can pay the rent, or afford those jazzy shoes, the anxiety does not disappear, it merely shifts.

What if I get hurt and I’m not gorgeous anymore? What if people only love me because I’m earning big money and they just want some of it? What if someone I think truly loves me is acting the part because they want to share the spotlight?

After all I’ve achieved, why are so many people pushing me to work harder and faster that I am constantly exhausted and feel like I just can’t go on without rest?

Because when the lights go out I’m still scared of the dark.

Because the old wounds still hurt, and now there are new wounds. Because I have everything everybody wants and it’s still hollow?

I wonder how many times we’ll have to witness this and still never see it?

Because depression, anxiety, etc. can happen to anyone and most people are very good at hiding it.

If this had happened to a random person in your neighbourhood rather than some well-known (in the USA primarily) celeb, would anyone ever know or find out about it?

Was she 'beautiful' is a highly subjective thing. I'd never heard of her (like most US-centric TV/film stars) until her death was in the news because I don't watch TV or see movies much.

Did I think she was 'beautiful'? Not really. Not to me. That doesn't diminish what happened, but beauty/fame doesn't make her passing any more or less important that anyone else's passing. Birth and death are guaranteed. Sometimes we can control/influence when our death might occur or sometimes we can't. It's what we do with our life while we're alive that counts.

Because she was a drug addict for 20 years. She had other drugs in her body. With the way things are now with fentanyl it's just a matter of time.

She had a really hard road. I think she was treated very badly by her family and importantly her mother as a teen star and became an addict early. Lifetime of addiction struggles, ED, bad relationships, etc. All the success in the world can make all of that so much worse, rather than better. It's really tragic.

Often I think because they are beautiful and successful.. Those two factors do tend to make life easier meaning the hard lessons are often missing...

It can happen if you're in a lot pain but around the wrong people.

Hollyweird is so corrupt that I honestly don't know if I believe her death was entirely her doing.

The coroner said it was accidental. She probably just wanted to escape a little too much. She had a history of abusing these things.

Outward appearances oftentimes hide what quiet desperation goes on inside. Pretty packages are no guarantee of being able to successfully navigate the challenges life inevitably brings.

Most likely didn't know that fentanyl was even in the whatever she took.

Cartels are placing it in every drug they're sending over.

Mental health problems can affect anyone. No amount of success or good looks make you immune. It doesn't matter what you have in life, you can feel as if you have nothing. You can feel utterly alone in a crowded room.

Because they grew up spoiled and were brain washed by liberal control education systems, fake news, social media and just did not have the strength to think for their self.
