careful. I started smoking for the destressing aspect of it. 28 years later, I'm still hopelessly addicted.

Unfortunately, and honestly yes. The ONE thing in my life I truly regret. I've tried quitting but usually end up having anxiety attacks. I would probably need a benzo for a month or two but that's just trading off one addiction for another.

No. In my 20s I’d occasionally have a cigarette with a cocktail. But I haven’t smoked anything since the early 90s.
