Day 2 of my 21 day weed fast is over.

I made it through the day despite struggling with cravings. Don't ever let anyone tell you that weed isn't addictive because that's a crock of shit. I've heard people say that a lot over the years to try and make weed seem harmless but it isn't harmless, it's just not as harmful as other substances. I don't plan to stop smoking weed all together but I do want to have a healthier relationship with it. I want to incorporate a 21 day break every 3 months so it's really important to me that I succeed at this. Moderation is what I am striving to achieve.

All of that being said, God I could just murder a joint right now 😂😂😂.

Depends on your definition of addiction.

1 is that it is hard to quit this is not the true definition in medical language

2 addiction means your body would suffer and with out a gradual withdrawal you would die. Medical definition
