Oh My gosh...some guy is really, really drunk or stoned, and is singing at the top of his lungs off key.

It isn't so much singing as semi rhythmic shouting. It's echoing through the courtyard!!! I've never heard such a thing here before!

@Scarfface Amen to that...(not being a regular thing). This guy doesn't understand the dynamics of this apartment building, apparently. If you make a lot of noise and shock the neighbors with it, the manager's office will probably receive a minimum of ten complaints from the professional complainers who live here...🤣🤣🤣

@Scarfface Management sends out letters. I have received one in the past. I don't smoke cigarettes at all, ever, but someone dropped a cigarette butt outside my door in the public hallway and I received a letter.
