I'm 3years clean, can't say some days I'd like to just feel that rush again but it's not worth losing myself again. You're doing one of the hardest things a person can do . Keep going. Just focus on staying clean for today tomorrow will be tomorrow's concern.

Go to meetings. Engage with the programme and you'll get there. I did so I'm sure you can too.

Way to go on 30 days clean!!! Addiction is never the easiest thing to kick but you're doing a great job of it.

It sounds like you're integrating into the help group pretty well, too - so that could be something you can use to help other addicts in future if you wanted to.
