Cold & Sweaty

Got another NA meeting at noon on zoom. I'm looking forward to it. Today is my first full day sober (so far). I'm broke, unemployed, and have no way of getting any drugs. I'm sweating, shivering, and restless.

I am sure you feel like 💩right now. I am not going to preach at you. Just wish you the strength to get through it. The way forward is easier to see when you are clean..😷
