Been many years

Put them down after years of making my own.

I started smoking when I was 18 years old, and quit when I was 36 years old, cold turkey. It really was NOT easy at all...and required almost 10 years of fighting myself so that I would NOT pick up a cigarette again...EVER.

You see, by the time I quit I had become a chain smoker, and was smoking 3 packs a day! I was chained to a stinking ashtray.

SOME personality types, (like mine) are easily addicted. I KNOW I can't even have ONE cigarette! I would quickly spiral down into the same mess I was in years ago.
