I agree, its easier to not drink at all, then to only have 1 or 2. The problem is bordem, is when i like to have a few drinks, personally.
3 beer always made me thirsty for more. Alcohol drags you down. All the wasted time and money. The sickness in the morning, the poor performance at work. What would you do with all the extra time and money?

I used to drink alcoholic beverages, and I found that the tendency to pound down one after the other is best addressed by drinking water, or soda, or any one of a number of other things.

I can relate, for over 2 years i quit totally, then a few weeks ago started up again, but now am quitting again, easier to go cold turkey than to minimize imo

I say yes but do all your friends drink? If so then you won't succeed

@NinaTina not true. All my old "friends " drink, but I haven't had a drink in over nine years. I had to disassociate from those people completely.
