Is there a polite, HR friendly way of telling a female coworker that her vagina stinks?

If she stays sat down we’re okay. But if she gets up to answer the reception desk it smells like a hot day in a fish market.

You can feel it in your eyes.

There is a medical condition where people smell like fish. Trimethylaminuria, also called fish odor syndrome but this needs to come from another woman and said very privately and in a concerned way. She needs to get checked.
