I have this bit of filling or rotten tooth (I cant tell) that has sort flanged inwardly and now it scratches my tongue when I drink,
I can't see a dentist cause none of them are taking on new patients. What can I do about this?

I think you phone 111 and ask for an emergency dental appointment.
It's a lot of years since I last needed one so the process might of changed a bit since then, if it has I'm sure you'd be able to find out online.
When you contact them though make sure you tell them you've got really bad toothache otherwise you'll be waiting around forever to get an appointment.
I mean last time I needed one I contacted them told them I was in agony and I didn't have a dentist and they sorted me an emergency appointment out somewhere the same day.

@Matt85 No worries and like I say you've gotta tell them you have bad toothache. If it's not causing you a major problem this minute they'll just expect you to go and find a dentist and register there before it gets bad.
Also remember you'll probably be expected to get straight up and travel somewhere same day. I mean it might not be the closest dental surgery it could be one that's at the other side of town or whatever so obviously just be prepared.
