What was rehab like? What did they make you do? Did you have to go to a building with special equipment for Rehab?

@LadyGrace I went to a special rehab facility with trained rehab specialists. A lot of it is stretching and gradually getting muscle tone back. The only painful part is when they work to get the knee straight. The first time it was pure torture, but the second time, years later, they had a kinder, gentler way to straighten the leg. I can bear a lot of pain, so the "modern" rehab seemed pain-free to me. If it is a good facility, they will fashion the rehab to meet your specific needs with a minimum of pain.

@soar2newhighs I'll be changing and getting a new insurance policy now, as this insurance company is not in the network of the doctor who will do my knee replacements, and I really need so badly, to get those done and I don't have the money for it, so I must switch.
