I have showers (or baths) when I feel dirty which is approx 1 time per day but sometimes I wash more than once a day (like if I've been working on/in/around/under a vehicle, or in the garden, or building stuff). Nobody gets to share the showers or baths as I live alone with no romantic partner.

I always shower before getting into bed , I once heard that going to sleep clean adds to the quality of one's sleep.
Sometimes I'll also shower in the morning or during the day if I get too sweaty

Once in the morning. Once after the gym. Sometimes another one before I sleep.

After the gym workout.

Prefer to shower at night before bed

Bathing is against my religion. Do you think Jesus took showers? Sinner!
