Relaxing TimeIt just helps to either wake me up or help me to relax. I like taking my time showering, even with having children, they know it's my time. I just love letting the water rush over me. I try to imagine being under a waterfall. Well, it works for me.
Easy fix or wake upAlways feel better after one. Easy to relax inside them and just let the hot water run! They've been good for aches but great any time.
