I don't understand people with bad acne

Like for real just take a really long hot shower. And for 2 or 3 minutes, spray that hot water directly into the pores in your face. In my experience it shrinks any sores you have and seems to heal them quickly. Idk maybe I'm Wrong

I had really bad acne as a teen and nothing I did helped. Some people just have that. The good news is that those who have bad acne as teens won't get as many wrinkles when growing old.
