Ever practiced Body Wandering?

It is anchored in the present physical self…not the same as mind wondering.
Benefits: nervous system retraining, reconnection to the body, and self awareness.

Not for me…I tend to be hypochondriacal…and too aware. It’s for ppl who lack this awareness.
Sounds too new age for me like something Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice would spend time doing at a pricey weekend retreat.
